Grief & The Holidays: When You Don't Feel Joy at Christmas

The holidays are often about loved ones and traditions. Spending time and doing things with people we love year after year. But sometimes we have experienced some sort of loss – death of a loved one, a divorce, or a big life change – and we no longer feel the joy during the holiday season. We long for traditions that will not be the same and the grief returns. The grief that is more pronounced during the holiday season as we long for the memories we have had in the past with people and traditions we loved.

This year, come join me for a workshop to navigate the grief of the holidays. Gain tools and resources on how to handle the sadness as it creeps in and search for joy amidst it all. Sign up to attend the workshop on Wednesday, December 7th at 6:30 pm.
